• Program name: Brandon DesJarlais Scheduling Notifications.
• Purpose: transactional only — a booking confirmation and one reminder approximately one hour before your scheduled meeting. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
• Consent is optional. Entering a mobile number and checking the consent box on the booking form is never required to book a meeting.
• Message frequency: up to 2 guest-facing messages per booking; message frequency otherwise varies based on the bookings you make.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. There is no charge from Brandon DesJarlais for these messages.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Support: brandon@brandondesjarlais.com.
• Delivery: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device.
• Privacy: mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Times shown on the scheduling pages reflect current availability and are confirmed once you complete the booking. Please provide accurate contact details so confirmations reach you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or email brandon@brandondesjarlais.com. Paid sessions are subject to the pricing and deposit terms shown at checkout.

Please do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to this site, submit false information or someone else's contact details, use automated tools to make bookings, or use the forms to send unsolicited or abusive content. Bookings made in bad faith may be cancelled.

Text, photography, video, and design on this site belong to Brandon DesJarlais or the respective photographers and creators, and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. You may share links freely, and press or event organizers may use the materials provided in the speaker kit for the purpose of promoting a booked engagement.

This site links to third-party platforms and relies on third-party services for scheduling, email, texting, and payments. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and Brandon DesJarlais does not control their content or availability.
