Privacy Policy

• Scheduling form. When you book a meeting, the site collects your name, email address, the meeting time you select, any notes you add, any guest email addresses you add, and — only if you choose to provide it — your mobile number.
• Contact and inquiry forms. Name, email, phone (optional), event details, and your message.
• SMS consent record. If you opt in to booking text messages, the site records that you opted in, the time you did so, and the version of the disclosure shown to you.
• Basic site analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying usage measurement (such as pages viewed and referring source) through Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Booking and contact information is used only to schedule, confirm, prepare for, and follow up on the meeting or inquiry you submitted. That includes creating the calendar event and video link, sending you an email confirmation, and notifying Brandon so he is aware of the booking. Contact-form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry.

If you opted in on the booking form, your email address may also be used for occasional updates from Brandon; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails.

Text messages are transactional only. If you enter a mobile number and check the consent box on the booking form, you may receive up to two messages for that booking: one confirmation and one reminder approximately one hour before the meeting. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

SMS consent is optional and is never required to book. If you do not check the consent box, no text messages are sent to you. Full program details are in the Terms of Use.

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Relevant information is shared only with the service providers needed to operate this site and deliver what you requested, or where disclosure is required by law. Those providers are:

• Supabase — database and file storage for site content and booking records.
• Lovable — website hosting, server runtime, and transactional email delivery.
• Google — Calendar and Meet for scheduling meetings, plus Analytics and Search Console for aggregate site measurement.
• Twilio — delivery of transactional booking text messages.
• Stripe — payment processing for lesson bookings. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on this site.

These providers process information on Brandon's behalf for the purposes described above and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Booking records, inquiries, and SMS consent records are kept as long as needed for scheduling history, follow-up, and recordkeeping obligations, and are deleted on request unless retention is required by law.

Data is stored in access-controlled systems, transmitted over encrypted connections, and limited to the people and services that need it. Credentials for third-party services are stored as server-side secrets. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

• Leave the mobile number field blank, or leave the SMS consent box unchecked.
• Reply STOP to any booking text to stop receiving texts.
• Unsubscribe from email updates using the link in any update email.
• Email brandon@brandondesjarlais.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If a minor is attending a lesson or session, arrangements are made through a parent or guardian.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
