I love coming to New York City for the Broadway Bomb skateboard race. For the past three years now I've been coming to NYC in mid-October and taking part in skateboarding, exploring and the Photo+ Expo at the Javits Convention Center.

I’ve been hearing a lot about North Carolina the past year or so and had to check it out. I called up my good buddy Matt McKeon of Team Broke Off – a local sherpa to all the secret spots – and organized what would become one of the most action-packed skate trips I’ve ever been on.
After knowing him for years and even hosting him in my home, I finally got to visit my buddy Lamin Cassama on his own home turf in Stockholm, the beautiful capital of Sweden... or as I call it: Stokeholm!
For me, this event started AND ended badly. I didn't arrive at the campground until 2:30 in the morning... and it was raining. If you've ever been camping, you know it's no fun to pitch a tent in the rain.
